| Since its founding, POLYTEC has considered the protection of the environment as essential. In doing so we are particularly environmentally conscious, after all our varnishing plant Altenstadt is located close to a water conservation area. For this reason our environmental policies are also strictly in accordance with the rules pertaining to the European and German regulations (water protection, soil protection, air pollution control according to TA air emissions protection). | For many years and with particular regard to air pollution control, POLYTEC has thought big rather than small as our thermal post-combustion facility TNV destroys environmentally harmful emissions completely. We’ve also invested heavily in energy saving measures in the past years as in, for example, heat recovery and also in a thermal power station. Of course our environmental management system is certified according to DIN EN 14001:2004. | |
